Is there an age limit?

Driver Age Requirement: 21 to 70 years old

  • Drivers under 21 or over 70 are not eligible to rent a car.
  • Those who have held a driver's license for less than one year are also not eligible.
  • If the driver does not meet these requirements at the time of rental, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Can I rent by the hour?

Rental rates vary depending on the vehicle class.
You can choose from "12 hours" or "24 hours" plans.
If you exceed 24 hours, additional charges will apply based on "each extra hour" or "additional day," whichever is appropriate.

  • Depending on the type of license you hold, certain vehicles may not be available for rental.
  • Prices may vary depending on the vehicle's model year, specifications, or promotional offers.
  • If you wish to extend your rental period, you must contact us in advance.
    If the rental period is exceeded without prior notice, a penalty fee will be charged—double the overtime fee based on the excess hours, in accordance with our rental agreement.
  • If you return the vehicle early for personal reasons, please inform us in advance.
    Please note that no refund will be issued for unused rental days.

Do you offer child seats?

Child and booster seats are available for rental at ¥1,100 per day. However, quantities are limited.

Please note that we may not be able to provide a seat if requested on the day of rental. We strongly recommend reserving in advance if you need one.

  • For rentals within one month, the maximum charge for child or booster seats is capped at two days.
  • Some passenger vehicles may not be compatible with child or booster seats. Please contact us for details.
  • A maximum of two seats (child and/or booster) can be rented per vehicle.
  • Please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all optional item requests due to availability.

What happens if I return the car late?

If you wish to extend your rental period, please be sure to contact us in advance.
If the vehicle is returned late without prior notice, a penalty will be charged according to our rental agreement—double the regular overtime rate based on the number of excess hours.

If you extend the rental period, an additional fee will be charged based on the extended time when the vehicle is returned.
Any overtime charges will also be calculated based on the standard rate and settled upon return.

What happens if I can't return the car with a full tank of gas?

If you are unable to return the vehicle with a full tank,
a flat fuel charge will apply upon return:

  • ¥7,000 (tax included) for kei and compact cars
  • ¥14,000 (tax included) for minivans

Can I receive service outside of business hours?

For departures or returns between 10:00 PM and 4:59 AM, a late-night service fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will apply.

If both departure and return fall within this time frame, the total fee will be ¥2,200 (tax included).
For requests outside standard hours, please let us know at the time of reservation.

What costs will I be responsible for if I’m involved in an accident?

In the event of an accident, you may be responsible for the following costs:

  1. Any compensation exceeding the coverage limit of our rental vehicle’s insurance.
  2. The vehicle damage deductible (if applicable).
  3. A Non-Operation Charge (NOC) for loss of use during repair.

Is there an insurance waiver program available?

We offer three insurance plans(Basic/Premium/Premium+) to protect you in the event of an accident:

If someone other than the registered driver operates the vehicle and causes an accident or violation, the rental car insurance will not apply, and all related costs will be charged in full to the customer.

What is a Non-Operation Charge (NOC)?

If the vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to an accident, theft, malfunction caused by the renter or driver, contamination, or strong odors, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be applied as compensation for loss of use during the downtime.

☆To ensure all customers enjoy a pleasant experience, smoking and transporting pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
If smoking, pet transport, or offensive odors are detected, a cleaning fee (including odor removal) and penalty charge will be billed separately.

  • Even with the Premium+ plan, damage from stains or odors is not covered, and the NOC will still apply.
  • If you fail to notify both our company and the police at the time of an accident, all insurance and coverage will be void.
  • The NOC is non-taxable.
  • If the damage is not covered by any insurance or waiver, you will be charged for both repair costs and business loss.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

7 to 3 days before pickup (168–72 hours): 20% of the base rental fee

3 to 2 days before pickup (72–24 hours): 30% of the base rental fee

1 day before pickup (within 24 hours): 50% of the base rental fee

After the scheduled pickup time: 100% of the base rental fee

Please note: If you do not contact us and arrive more than one hour after the scheduled pickup time, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

What happens if I commit a traffic violation?

If you return the rental car without properly resolving a traffic violation (such as illegal parking),
a uniform penalty fee of ¥200,000 will be charged regardless of the vehicle type.
